When and why did you decide to join the military and where were you located when you made this decision?

Joined the military over college in NY. I wanted to see the world.

Where did you serve during your time in uniform?

Italy for 4 years. I had culture shock at 17.

What were some of your key memories during your time of service? 

I learned how to structure my life. Tons of benefits. Friendships.

What is an important value that you took away from your military experience? 

Discipline, commitment, teamwork, organization. The military wakes you up. I'm still in touch with the friends I made in the military.

 What advice would you give someone interested in joining the military? 

Take advantage and sign up. You take the structure and organization and it affects other parts of your life.
